After spending 2 1/2 years in the nuclear submarine service of the US Navy, he entered the electrical industry in 1969, is a graduate of the IBEW Local 46 apprenticeship program in 1973 and started Spartan Electric Service, Inc. in 1978. |

Paul Finley is the service dispatcher and expediter for the company. He has been with the company since 1984. He has worked in the electrical industry since 1970 and worked as a journeyman wireman until last year when he came into the office as purchasing agent and dispatcher. |
